I welcome you

I welcome you on a kind of my portfolio, which is about my deep work with people. Some of the content may be only available in Czech such as videos, exercises and so on. I truly apologize for it but creating all the content in both languages is not in my capacity. However I work with people all around the world who is able to communicate in english through video calls.
My 10-year study of the soul, the work of a therapist, and, above all, my love for psychology prompted me to create a map of the inner world - the book Structures of the Psyche. It explains how the most important relationship, the relationship with oneself, shapes, and defines our life. Which psychologically means the relationship between consciousness, where the ego is the center, and the unconscious, where the soul is the center. These two types of consciousness are very different, the first is spatiotemporal and the second is outside of time and space and actually lives in eternity. The task of this work, just like my work as a therapist, is to practically connect these two types of consciousness. No manual in the world can replace this dialogue, which psychologically always works so that a person can have his life in his hands, or be free.
During these 10 years, I have lived in 7 countries, on 4 continents, where I have attended various schools, including Gábor Maté, Rupert Spira, Garry Lineham, and Sadhguru, as well as self-taught, where I studied and still study symbolism and Jung's depth psychology, which was introduced to me by Pjér la Šé'z, who, together with Emil Páleš and Maria Keltnerová, has been my supervisor, mentor, teacher, and most importantly, support on my journey to the soul for over 8 years.

We have been working with Jakub for over eight years to develop his analytical approach to the areas of personal and collective unconscious. He approaches our cooperation very actively and responsibly. He is already competent in independent work, which we regularly supplement with supervision. I can definitely recommend him.
Pjér la Šé'z

I supervise Jakub in his therapeutic practice and am also his therapist. I see him as a person with exceptional gifts, talents and skills that we are constantly working on, which allows him to penetrate into his newly discovered depths, as well as into the depths of the other being.
Marie Keltnerová

Jakub is one of my distance learning students, whom I have been mentoring regularly since 2021. We mainly deal with the concepts of Jungian deep psychology. Jakub has a lasting interest in psychology and humans. I can recommend him professionally.

Life/soul has a natural wisdom and always presents us with what needs to be realized. If a person comes to me, then they come at a moment when they are ready to meet that certain part of the wisdom of the soul. I do not work in a system that I have a methodology - for example, regressive therapy. If a certain topic surfaces, it is in the context of that person, so that he can look into it and if it does not surface, then it is simply not the information that is needed. Everyone has a mission in this life - the so-called destiny, where they are heading in this birth and where it is dragging them - karma. So our indications are clearly determined and now it is just a matter of listening to them.
During therapy, the client then perceives that he is seen, heard and, most importantly, understood. He begins to become aware of the information that is within him. This causes his heart to begin to open, through which the soul itself begins to heal him.
In the work of a therapist, one should not primarily advocate for oneself - in the sense of one's opinions, teachings and beliefs - but for the laws that are given by nature. If anything brings harmony to the soul, it is the connections and information coming from this order, which the soul constantly informs us about. My job is to connect the person's consciousness with this type of consciousness that we call the unconscious / soul.
During consultations, images of the soul appear to me that are sometimes difficult to put into words. My word "a lot" that I have said a million times, in fact, in the next video, is a funny proof of this.
Dream analysis
Dreams are the language of the soul, which move and help to realize some connections, events, point the way out of our sorrows and pains in such connections that a person cannot invent. Dreams come from a dimension where the ego cannot, therefore they are the most intimate and authentic messages that come from our deepest core. They allow us to see specific unconscious contents, something that was not known to us until then, and therefore by listening and understanding dreams we are more in touch with ourselves / with our soul and thus we become more whole. Naturally, we experience a fuller life.
In order to get back to the person's nature, it is necessary to reconstruct the relationship to oneself and to the world. This requires a longer collaboration, when the person experiences their essence. Healing will only occur with a permanent relationship between the conscious (ego) and the unconscious (soul) - that is, not with a short touch, when a spark jumps, but only when a state of permanent relationship of one party to the other is created. Otherwise, the person will have a problem with who they really are.
Therapy - Trauma treatment
In communication with the essential aspect, we touch certain internal connections that make the body resonate. Through the body, we communicate with the unconscious. The body is an instrument on which we pluck certain strings, because we name inner things that the soul and body actually know all. By experiencing some pain, we learned to cut ourselves off and so we lost contact with our body, emotions and inner deep processes of the unconscious. The body begins to awaken, begins to react and perceive the inner melodies that have governed our lives until then.
Our own nature is traumatized and drowned out by all possible ideas, expectations, thoughts from our teachers, parents, society. In our culturally civilized space, we are taught programs that do not meet reality and that create pain and wounds. By ignoring the inner space of the soul, we disrupt harmony, our own balance. Then naturally comes some type of compensation from the soul, which draws attention to this mistake in the sense of neurosis, restlessness, chronic diseases, addictions, relationship suffering, depression, trauma, etc.
