About the book - The Structure of the Psyche
Book in preparation!
The book Structure of the Psyche could also be seen as a course, because it won't be published as a classical book, but as an online book. It has two main parts - articles and videos. The articles are about the psyche and are studies of my 10 years of work, which I want to enrich with your own experiences together with you. The sample article Animus is one of many articles that is part of this book and I structure them on the image of the tree of life, which is on the front page.
The videos are also the content of this book and are about the body - specifically the structure of the body, which is made up of fascia. For many years, it was believed, and still is, in classical medicine that the main structure of the body is muscles and bones. This would mean that muscles and bones should touch and form a structure, but they don't. Only the teeth, the bones in the rib cage and in the ears touch. The same is true with muscles, if we take the knee as an example, there is only one muscle present, which cannot hold the knee together. The meniscus is present, but its two parts do not touch. If they touched, the knee would shatter. So if we take the bones, meniscus and muscle in the knee, what remains are tendons, ligaments and these have the function of preventing the knee from shattering and they are also not present throughout the body. So the only thing that will save us is fascia, which is present throughout the body, both in the brain and in the feet and therefore covers not only the muscles and bones that give shape to our body, but fascia structures it. Whatever we study as humanity on the body and in the body, an organ, a muscle, a knee, etc. is inside the fascia. So the intelligence of the body is fascia! A demonstration of fascia exercises is a preview of how to effectively heal your body.
Fascia is closely connected to the psyche, and just as our consciousness is realized in these two polarities, so too is the form of this book: articles = psyche, videos = body.

Whether I studied at Gabor Mate's school or lived in a monastery in Nepal, there was always a community of people who were all interested in growth, in questions of life and death, in knowing the meaning of life. I would also like to create a community of people who will inspire each other and grow together. To enrich the tree of knowledge - the structure of the psyche, so that a person can find connections and answers to his current life situation and thus find light from the darkness.

The price is going to be around 1000 CZK to 3000 CZK excluding VAT per year! The book will grow in content, which is why I chose this option. I am still working on the book and I am not alone! It costs a lot of time and money. In my opinion, the content in it is priceless, because I know that it heals both our body and our soul!
